Superfudge
The Bush administration just came out with their budget deficit projections for 2005. The magic number: $400 billion.
Take this with a grain of salt, though. According to the Post, the White House over-estimated the deficits for both 2003 and 2004 so that they could look like they were making progress when the actual deficit numbers came in under those projected marks.
Wow. I should've used that one on my parents when I was in college. If I would've only told them it was going to take seven years to finish, then they would've been thrilled when it only took five. The Bush administration is so smart!
